
Following the Interview
1. Call The recruitment initiative Ltd immediately after the interview to give us feedback
2. If you have any reservations about the company or role let us know
3. We will in turn speak to the company for feedback
4. A second interview may be arranged
5. If you have been successful we will inform you as soon as possible and agree a convenient start date
6. Should you be unsuccessful we will endeavor to obtain feedback as to the reasons why
7. Once you have verbally accepted the role and agreed for your personal details to be released we will notify the company
8. The company will then forward an offer letter to you
9. Never hand in your notice with a current employer until you are happy with the offer and a contract of Employment has been received
