We are here to effectively offer an extension to your personnel department by conducting a full criteria and personality match before even considering candidates. We honour our client’s desired regularity and means of contact. Regularity of contact is established very early on in the relationship and adhered to at it is vital that both parties work effectively together. Review meetings are essential to ensure Service Level Agreements are maintained and any new structures, policies and procedures are communicated.
Temporary staff are contacted weekly / bi-weekly depending on the duration of the booking. We operate an open door policy for Temporary team and are more than happy to meet temporary staff on or off site for any meetings. Communication with temporary staff is essential
As part of the extended service we provide, we are also happy to work with a client’s individual testing procedures which, in turn, reduces the client’s interview time, as only candidates who have successfully completed the tests will be submitted for preliminary interviews.
